Registration things to KnowHealth & Medical care Nurse: A qualified nurse is part of our staff. We are 20 miles from the doctor and hospital in Gainesville (North Florida Regional Medical Center). 911 services available to the camp, Nurse's office (386) 454-9672. Insurance: Health insurance and medical expenses are the parent's responsibility. Medications: All medications must be dispensed by the camp nurse. Please check in all medications with the camp nurse at time of registration. Medical Release Form: The medical release portion of the Registration Form must be completed for each camper. This will enable camp staff to provide apporpriate medical treatment, if necessary. Be sure to list any and all allergies. |
